Report Your Tenant's Rental History
RHOL members can report
good and bad tenant rental histories by filling out a quick and easy
form. The information is accessed by credit reporting companies for
inclusion in credit reports and tenant screening.

When an applicant is denied tenancy because of
information in their consumer credit report, the landlord must provide them
